2024 Season Dues

The dues are $60 for the 2024 season. You should receive a bill for your dues towards the end of April which will indicate how much you owe. This may include previous years dues that were not paid. You can pay your dues using one of the following methods.

Pay By Check

Mail a check made out to "PBIA" to the address below. Please include a note with your PBIA property address or the invoice you received in the mail.

Pay Your Dues Online!!

You can pay using either Venmo or Paypal. Please check your bill to determine how much you owe. If you are not up to date, your bill will indicate how much you owe in addition to this year's $60. If you have any questions or issues with paying online, please email: PBIAFalmouth AT gmail DOT com

 

Use Venmo

Pay your dues to our @PBIAFalmouth Venmo account (7565 are the last 4 digits in the phone number or scan QR code on the right). Please include your PBIA property address in the note field.

  1. Select the dues you owe from the drop down. The choices allow you to pay past year's dues in addition to 2023.

  2. Enter your PBIA property street address.

  3. Select your payment method using 1 of the 4 buttons below:

    1. Pay with PayPal - use your PayPal account or a credit card.

    2. Pay with Venmo (to our PayPal account) - a QR code will be displayed to open Venmo on your phone.

    3. Pay Later - you must have a PayPal account to use this option.

    4. Debit or Credit Card - enter your credit card information (no PayPal account required).
